Website Terms of Use

Public website

These terms govern the public Anchor BOH website and its inquiry and demo-request features. They do not govern paid or authorized use of Anchor BOH Cloud, Back Office, Polling, or other software, which will be governed by applicable customer agreements.

Informational and pre-release material

Descriptions, screenshots, roadmaps, planned modules, demonstrations, and other materials may describe features under development that may change or may not yet be generally available. They do not create a commitment to deliver a particular feature, date, integration, or result unless expressly stated in a signed customer agreement.

Demo requests

Submitting a demo or contact request does not create a customer relationship, subscription, partnership, or obligation for either party. You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and may be used to respond to your request.

Intellectual property

The Anchor BOH name, logos, website design, software-related materials, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Anchor BOH or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, impersonate others, or use automation that unreasonably burdens the website.

Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Anchor BOH is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices, and separate terms may apply.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, employment, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anchor BOH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and customer agreements

We may change the public website and these terms. If you become a customer, the signed customer agreement will control regarding the products and services it covers.
