Scope

This policy explains how Anchor BOH handles information collected through its public website, including demo and contact requests. It does not govern customer restaurant, financial, employee, payroll, POS, or operational data processed within Anchor BOH products under a customer agreement.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, business email, telephone number, number of locations, POS or back-office systems, product interests, message, and related business contact information. Hosting and security systems may also receive browser, device, IP-address, timestamp, diagnostic, and security-log information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries and demo requests; communicate about Anchor BOH; understand prospective-customer needs; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

Service providers

We may use providers to host, secure, operate, communicate, and support the website and our business systems. Anchor BOH currently uses Microsoft cloud services, including Azure and Microsoft 365, in its technology environment.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for security, functionality, or measurement. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are added, we will update this policy and provide notices or choices required by applicable law.

Retention and disclosure

We retain inquiry and business-contact information as reasonably necessary for business, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers, in a business transaction, when legally required, or when reasonably necessary to protect our users, systems, customers, or others.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to update information you submitted or stop non-essential marketing communications. Applicable law may provide additional rights depending on where you live. We may need to verify a request.

Children

Anchor BOH is intended for businesses and business users and is not directed to children.

Customer use of Anchor BOH Cloud will be governed by separate customer agreements, data-processing terms, and product-specific privacy/security documentation.
